Frequently Asked Questions

About CBD Oil

What is CBD (Cannabidiol)?

CBD or Cannabidiol is a chemical that occurs naturally within Cannabis Sativa (Industrial Hemp) plants. It’s one of the most abundant non-psychoactive cannabinoids found in cannabis and it is being scientifically investigated along with CBG, CBC, CBDA and CBCA to identify the numerous potential health benefits. Most people know about THC, which is the cannabinoid in cannabis that has psychoactive effects and gets the user high. Unlike THC, CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid and does not cause a high.

Is there a difference between CBD from hemp and CBD from marijuana?

They are exactly the same. CBD from hemp and CBD from marijuana are chemically identical. The biggest difference is that hemp has a relatively low THC content while marijuana’s is quite high. No pun intended.

What is the best way to consume cbd?

For our tinctures we recommend placing .5ml sublingually (under the tongue) for 30-60 seconds as needed. Our creams and cosmetics can be applied directly to the skin and hair while our edibles only require you to pick your favorite flavor and eat.

Will CBD help my condition?

Federal guidelines prohibit us from making claims about CBD and its effects on certain health conditions. Fortunately this information is readily available online through many sources!

How do you know how much CBD is in your products?

Our laboratory tests are available here. But we also give you an exact cannabinoid breakdown for all of our products! Be sure to check the labs and product descriptions in the shop.

Is your CBD a whole plant extract, synthetic, or an isolate?

We offer only full spectrum CBD oil, extracted from flower!

What other cannabinoids are in your CBD oil?

Our full-spectrum CBD oil has the highest concentration of CBD, CBDA, CBC, CBCA, CBN and CBG available. We ensure these exist in bioavailable quantities to give you the full synergistic effects of cannabinoids.

When does the product expire?

Our tinctures, vapes and edibles last up to 12 months in a cool, dry place.

How is your CBD oil made?

We utilize supercritical CO2 extraction methods to ensure we get all of the cannabinoids possible from our hemp while leaving behind nothing that could jeopardize the quality of the product.
