By using this website and its products you agree to the privacy policy, law, and terms and conditions set forth on the Deluxe Leaf website.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the United States. All orders over $100 pre tax value receive free 2 day shipping. Overnight shipping is available for $15. All of our products ship via FedEx. For standard shipping please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Returns

New unopened items may be returned no questions asked within 30 days of receiving the product. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping or Deluxe leaf can provide a return FedEx airbill for $20 to make returning unwanted products easier. Returns resulting from our error such as incorrect or defective items will receive a full refund including shipping. Incorrect or defective items must be reported to support@deluxeleaf.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Exchanges

If an item you receive is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item for no additional cost. Items must be reported to support@deluxeleaf.com within 72 hours of receiving the product

Refunds

Most refunds are completed within 30 days of return shipping; In most cases much faster. This time accounts for return transit time (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process the returned items (2-3 business days) and finally, the time
it takes the bank to process the refund (5-10 business days). Feel free to contact us at support@deluxeleaf.com if you have not received your refund after 30 business days. We will do everything we can to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
